General condition of sales - retail

Prices:
All prices are for standard lengths (ladies: necklaces 38-45 cm/bracelets 17-20 cm, men's: necklaces 45-55 cm/bracelets 20-23 cm) unless otherwise stated.

You are welcome to order jewellery outside of these standards or with different natural gemstones than those displayed on the website. However, such pieces are to be considered special orders for which there may be surcharges. Contact Velango for availability and price estimates prior to placing the order.

All jewellery is sold with gift boxes and guarantee cards of authenticity included. All prices include Bulgarian VAT (20%).

 

Delivery: Bulgaria:

1. Price of delivery is from 3.50 to 10.00 lv. per shipment, depending on the destination, + 1.5 % of the value of the order.
2. Goods are delivered to your address by the courier company Ekont, or may be collected from your local Velango dealer.
3. Delivery time: 5 working days
   
4. Payment: Cash on delivery or credit card. Special orders must be prepaid.

Delivery: European Union:

1. Price of delivery including mandatory insurance is from 65 to 80 Euro per shipment (up to 500 gr.), depending on the destination. There are no additional VAT or custom dues.
2. Goods will be delivered to your address by Federal Express.
3. Delivery time: 10 working days.
4. Payment: Through credit card, bank transfer or Western Union (Contact Velango for further information).

Return policy:
The warranty period for flawed or damaged goods is 3 months. You may choose to have the purchase price refunded or have the piece(s) repaired or replaced immediately, free of charge. Velango will cover the postage.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the ordered item(s) or you have accidentally ordered an incorrect size/length, you may return the item(s) to us. This should be done as soon as possible, latest within 7 days of receiveing the goods. (The right to return non-broken pieces does not apply to special orders.) You may choose to have the original purchase price refunded to you, exchange the piece for a different one of your choosing, or have the size/length changed free of charge. You will however have to cover shipping costs yourself.

All returns must be shipped in their original gift boxes in padded envelopes together with the guarantee card and a copy of the original invoice to: Trinkets Ltd Velango, Kr. Mirski Str. 1A, 9000 Varna - Bulgaria.
